This seminar will explore various trust structures that can be used to protect and preserve wealth, including both third party trusts and self-settled asset protection trusts.  It also will include an overview of how to protect trust interests in the event of divorce, and a discussion of the tax consequences of divorce on a trust established for the benefit of a spouse.
