  2024 Annual Meeting Wrap Up!

The Charlotte Estate Planning Council's 2023 Annual Meeting was a resounding success! Members from all over gathered at the Myers Park Country Club for an evening of networking and dinner. The highlight of the event was a presentation by Andrew Fussner, Vice President of Estate Settlement for the American Heart Association.

Mr. Fussner provided invaluable insights on handling a client's charitable bequest, detailing the planning process and addressing common challenges faced by both attorneys and charities during probate or trust administration. His expert advice on navigating these pain points once a client has passed away was highly appreciated by all attendees.
