Transition by Design:
Successful Succession of the Privately Held Business and Wealth

Charlotte City Club
121 W Trade St #3100, Charlotte, NC 28202

All privately held businesses will transition at some point, either by design or by default. This presentation identifies the key drivers that underlie business and family dynamics and illustrates a three-pronged approach to designing an integrated business succession plan that aligns the goals and objectives of the business and the family.

We will discuss some of the current changes in tax law, strategic opportunities, and pre-transaction planning steps to consider in optimizing the chosen path. This session is NC State Bar and CFP Board approved for 1 CE credit.
